Your key responsibilities will involve visiting professional film institutes to promote reelOn, partnering with colleges to organize talent hunts and auditions, identifying and onboarding potential mentors for workshops, collaborating with influencers, attending networking events to gather relevant data, building connections with entertainment professionals to source job opportunities, reaching out to ad agencies and production houses to identify talent requirements, and establishing strategic relationships to increase reelOn's visibility. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, media studies, or related fields. Strong networking and relationship-building skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, proficiency in organizing promotional activities, familiarity with the entertainment industry, and basic knowledge of data management tools and CRM software are essential. Previous experience in business development, field sales, or event management, as well as exposure to the film, media, or entertainment industry, will be advantageous.
