Job Description

Marketing Communication – KRA1. Job Requirement / Role Overview

The Marketing Communication person will be responsible for planning, and executing marketing content and campaigns for Astroport across digital, social media, PR, and promotional channels. Their role will ensure consistent brand messaging and enhance Astroport’s visibility and engagement.

2. Key Responsibilities / KRAs

  • Content Creation
  • Develop marketing materials including brochures, banners, presentations and other content required for promotions.
  • Maintain quality, consistency, and alignment with Astroport’s brand identity.
  • Write engaging and persuasive copy for social media posts, reels, carousels, and stories.
  • Create blog posts, articles, and newsletters aligned with brand messaging.
  • Draft captions, headlines, and call-to-actions that drive engagement.
  • Ensure all written content follows brand tone and style guidelines.
  • Travel Partnerships & Promotions
  • Provide necessary marketing materials and support to partners for promotional purposes.
  • Brand & Communication
  • Ensure all communications, visuals, and content are aligned with Astroport’s branding.
  • Develop templates, key messaging, and promotional materials for events, packages, and experiences.
  • Collaboration & Coordination
  • Work with photography/videography teams for capturing marketing assets.
  • Coordinate with operations and events teams to create content supporting experiences like events, stargazing sessions, and workshops.
  • Ensure all marketing assets are stored, approved, and ready for use by internal teams and partners.

5. Analytics, Tools & Trends

  • Track content and campaign performance using analytics tools and key metrics.
  • Generate insights to optimize content and campaign strategies.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media tools, features, and trends.
  • Implement strategies that align with evolving industry standards.

3. Tools / Resources Required

  • Access to design software (Canva, Adobe Suite) for creating visuals.
  • Guidelines/templates for brand communication and marketing materials.

4. Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing communication or content creation.
  • Strong skills in content creation, graphic design, and video editing.
  • Experience in managing partner promotions is a plus.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
