Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Fetch, clean, and manage marketing and prospect data from Apollo.io and other campaign tools.
  • Segment users based on firmographics, behavioral signals, and engagement patterns to build

targeted lists.

  • Track and organize large volumes of campaign and user behavior data (open rates, CTR,

conversions, bounce/unsubscribe trends).

  • Analyze email performance (subject lines, content variations, send times) to identify what drives

higher engagement.

  • Monitor user behavior data across campaigns to understand preferences, drop-offs, and

conversion trends.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide data-backed recommendations for improving

lead quality and campaign ROI.

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports (Excel, Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI) to

communicate insights clearly.

  • Support A/B testing and multivariate testing, delivering insights into what works best for

different segments.

  • Ensure data hygiene, accuracy, and compliance with regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

Required Experience & Competencies

  • 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within marketing, digital campaigns, or

CRM/email analytics.

  • Hands-on experience with Apollo (mandatory) and other marketing automation/CRM tools

(HubSpot, YAMM, Mailchimp, etc.).

  • Strong ability to segment audiences and apply behavioural/user-level data for targeting.
  • Proficiency in reporting and data visualization (Excel, Google Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R for deeper data analysis (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of email campaign KPIs: open rates, CTR, conversion funnels, and

engagement scores.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data into

clear insights and actions.

  • Strong communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders in simple, business-focused

language.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data quality, segmentation accuracy, and campaign

optimization.
