Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and partner-focused Partner Success Consultant (Concierge and Feedback Specialist) to deliver concierge services while gathering valuable partner feedback, reviews, and success stories for ZINFI. This role involves managing and engaging partners to enhance their platform experience, while ensuring brand credibility through consistent feedback initiatives. Working closely with the Marketing and Customer Success teams, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth delivery, driving continuous improvement, and strengthening customer engagement. Requirements: Proven experience in partner enablement, customer success, marketing program management, or campaign execution. Background in telephonic sales, lead generation, customer service, marketing, or customer success roles. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and demand generation tactics. Knowledge of popular social media platforms, online review sites, and digital marketplaces. Working knowledge of GDPR and other customer communication regulations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust. High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management abilities. Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is an advantage. Responsibilities & Deliverables: Deliver Level 2 concierge services and conduct outbound outreach/onboarding sessions for partners. Support partners in creating marketing plans, submitting MDF requests, and executing campaigns (emails, microsites, social posts, syndicated content, etc.). Track marketing activities, campaign performance, and report MQL/lead data in required formats. Host online webinars Collect partner feedback and reviews via phone/email; publish approved testimonials on relevant platforms. Maintain accurate feedback records, track trends, and share insights with internal teams. Ensure all feedback and publishing activities comply with company policies, GDPR, and communication regulations. Collaborate across teams to act on feedback and enhance customer participation. Prepare regular (weekly/monthly/quarterly) performance reports and share insights with stakeholders as and when required. Why Join Us? Responsibilities Marketing Intelligence Reporting: Design, implement, and manage dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports across campaigns, both net new and installed base sales funnels, and partner lifecycle management. Leverage advanced Excel models (PivotTables, Power Query, VLOOKUP, Index-Match, Macros, etc.) to track and forecast sales marketing performance. Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for leadership. HubSpot Ownership: Manage and optimize HubSpot Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs, ensuring end-to-end integration with business processes. Automate lead scoring, nurturing workflows, sequence, and partner communication campaigns. Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control (DMAIC CRM data hygiene, segmentation, and reporting accuracy across global markets. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Partner Success teams to align sales marketing insights with business strategy Act as the go-to resource for campaign performance, sales funnel efficiency, and partner lifecycle health metrics. Provide data-driven insights that influence go-to-market (GTM) strategies, partner enablement, and revenue growth initiatives. Data Process Management: Establish data governance, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness. Build models to evaluate partner/seller onboarding efficiency, churn, and growth trends. Continuously refine reporting frameworks to adapt to business and market needs. Leadership Enablement: Mentor and guide junior marketing analysts in data analysis, reporting, and tool adoption. Educate stakeholders on best practices for leveraging tool like HubSpot, Apollo, etc., and marketing intelligence. Serve as the subject matter expert for business automation, analytics, and business reporting. Skills Education: Bachelor s/master s degree in marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field. Experience: Minimum 6+ years in Marketing Intelligence, Marketing Operations, or Business Analytics, preferably in a product-based IT company. HubSpot Expertise: Deep knowledge of HubSpot Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs (certifications preferred). Analytical Skills: Strong command of Advanced Excel (PivotTables, Macros, Power Query, Power Pivot, IndexMatch, Data Models). Reporting Skills: Proven experience in building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of partner/ seller lifecycle, sales funnel management, and GTM strategy Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Partner teams. Soft Skills: Excellent problemsolving, storytelling with data, attention to detail, and communication skills.
