Salary Range: ₹6,00,000 – ₹18,00,000 per annum

Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced professionals in Marketing & Business Development for Solar Module Mounting Structures (MMS). The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, client acquisition, and expanding the company’s presence in both utility-scale and rooftop solar projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales & business development of solar frames/structures in domestic and international markets.
• Build and manage client relationships with EPC companies, developers, and project owners.
• Develop go-to-market strategies, prepare techno-commercial proposals, and close deals.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor mapping, and demand forecasting.
• Coordinate with production, design, and engineering teams for customized project solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
• Represent the company in exhibitions, solar forums, and B2B meetings.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
• Prepare sales MIS, pipeline reports, and business performance updates for management.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of solar mounting structures, MMS design, and fabrication.
• Proven B2B marketing and project sales experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop new clients and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Understanding of solar EPC execution, supply chain, and techno-commercial aspects.
• High result orientation with ability to work under pressure and deliver targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• MBA / PGDM in Marketing / Business Development preferred.
• 3 – 20 years of experience in solar structures, steel fabrication, EPC, or renewable energy industry.

Compensation & Growth:

• Salary Range: ₹6 Lakh – ₹18 Lakh per annum
• Designation: Sr. Executive to AGM, based on experience & performance.
