Job Description

As a Marketing & Business Development professional for Solar Module Mounting Structures (MMS) at our company, your role will involve driving sales growth, client acquisition, and expanding our presence in utility-scale and rooftop solar projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive sales & business development of solar frames/structures in domestic and international markets. - Build and manage client relationships with EPC companies, developers, and project owners. - Develop go-to-market strategies, prepare techno-commercial proposals, and close deals. - Conduct market analysis, competitor mapping, and demand forecasting. - Coordinate with production, design, and engineering teams for customized project solutions. - Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients. - Represent the company in exhibitions, solar forums, and B2B meetings. - Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue growth objectives. - Prepare sales MIS, pipeline reports, and business performance updates for management. **Required Skills & Competencies:** - Strong knowledge of solar mounting structures, MMS design, and fabrication. - Proven B2B marketing and project sales experience. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to develop new clients and maintain long-term business relationships. - Understanding of solar EPC execution, supply chain, and techno-commercial aspects. - High result orientation with the ability to work under pressure and deliver targets. **Qualifications:** - Bachelors Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering or equivalent. - MBA / PGDM in Marketing / Business Development preferred. - 3-20 years of experience in solar structures, steel fabrication, EPC, or renewable energy industry. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be responsible for representing the company in various industry events and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The company offers a competitive salary in the range of 6 Lakhs to 18 Lakhs per annum, based on experience and performance.
