We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Marketing & Business Development Executive to drive our growth. Role Overview As the Marketing and Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building brand presence, and nurturing client relationships. You will play a key role in connecting with architects, builders, real estate consultants, and direct clients to increase project leads and conversions. The ideal candidate should be open to travel across India for events, client meetings, and promotional campaigns. Key Responsibilities Business Development Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, site visits, networking, and referrals Build relationships with architects, real estate agents, developers, and corporates Set up meetings and presentations with prospects Prepare proposals and follow up on leads till closure Develop vendor and partner networks for business growth Marketing Promote the company through offline and online channels (social media, exhibitions, events) Coordinate with the design team to create brochures, presentations, and client pitch decks Manage social media handles and create campaign ideas for brand visibility Assist in content planning and execution (interior shoots, client testimonials, blog topics) Reporting Maintain CRM records of all client interactions and project status Provide regular updates and reports on lead pipeline and business development metrics Analyze market trends and suggest improvements in strategy Key Skills & Requirements Proven experience in marketing or business development, preferably in interior design, real estate, or architecture Excellent communication and negotiation skills Understanding of design vocabulary and basic space planning concepts is a plus Self-driven with a passion for design, client interaction, and closing deals Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Canva, Excel, and CRM platforms Fluency in English and local language(s) Willingness to travel across India for events, exhibitions, and promotional activities Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, or related field 1–3 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong communication skills can apply) Salary & Benefits Salary: ₹25,000 per month Performance-based incentives and growth opportunities available Travel expenses for official assignments will be reimbursed as per company policy Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: Hindi, English, Kannada (Required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 16/06/2025
