Location: Porvorim, Goa (Work from Office)

Work Hours: Monday to Friday | 9 AM to 6 PM

Role: Marketing Automation Executive / Trainee

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone who understands digital marketing or is keen to build a career in it.
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools is a bonus!
• Freshers from Commerce, Business Admin, or Mass Comm backgrounds are welcome to apply.
• Strong logical thinking and data-driven mindset.
• Willingness to learn fast, experiment, and grow with a digital-first company.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

What You’ll Learn or Work On:

• Setting up and managing email campaigns, workflows, and CRM automations.
• Lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing via marketing tools.
• Tracking and reporting campaign performance.
• Collaborating with design, content, and tech teams to implement campaigns.
• Hands-on training with tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Mailchimp, etc.
