Job Title: SFMC Marketing Automation Specialist Experience: 5 to 8 years Location: Chennai Company: Nibav Lifts Compensation: Up to 12 LPA Job Summary: Nibav Lifts is looking for an experienced SFMC Marketing Automation Specialist to drive B2C marketing campaigns through email, SMS, and WhatsApp using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). This role focuses on customer engagement, retention, and conversion by leveraging personalized and automated marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute high-impact B2C campaigns across email, SMS, and WhatsApp using SFMC. Manage customer segmentation, journey automation, and campaign workflows to enhance engagement. Develop and optimize automated lifecycle marketing campaigns (welcome, nurture, re-engagement, and promotional campaigns). Implement A/B testing, personalization, and audience targeting for maximum impact. Monitor campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversion rates) and refine strategies based on analytics. Ensure compliance with global marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, TCPA, etc.). Collaborate with sales, customer service, and product teams to align messaging and maximize outreach. Stay updated with SFMC features, B2C marketing trends, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5 to 8 years of experience in SFMC (Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio). Proven track record in B2C marketing automation, customer engagement, and retention strategies. Expertise in audience segmentation, behavioral targeting, and performance analysis. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. SFMC Certification is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in e-commerce, retail, or high-ticket consumer products. Knowledge of consumer behavior, lifecycle marketing, and lead nurturing strategies.
