Training Manager Nibav Lifts Pvt Ltd Location: Palavakkam, ECR, Chennai Positions: 3 Experience: Minimum 5+ years total (at least 3+ years in sales training ) Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Language Requirement: Hindi (Mandatory) Industry Preference: Insurance, Automobile, or Financial Services Job Summary Nibav Lifts Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Training Manager to design, implement, and manage sales training programs . This role focuses on improving the sales team’s performance through structured training initiatives aligned with industry best practices and business objectives . Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales training programs that enhance sales skills, techniques, and product knowledge. Conduct training needs assessments and update content based on market trends and sales challenges. Deliver classroom, virtual, and hands-on training sessions, including real-time coaching for sales teams. Ensure all training materials are compliant with industry regulations and company policies. Define KPIs and metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with sales leadership to align training initiatives with revenue and business goals. Lead and mentor a team of training professionals to foster a high-performance sales culture . Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources , or a related field. Certifications in Training & Development (CPLP, ATD) are a plus. Experience: Minimum 5+ years in training , with at least 3+ years specializing in sales training within the Insurance, Automobile, or Financial sector . Skills: Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, sales processes, and compliance standards . Proven ability to design and deliver high-impact sales training programs . Excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills . Analytical mindset to measure training effectiveness and optimize strategies. Proficiency with training technologies and digital learning platforms .
