Analyze pre-sales performance metrics and create detailed reports. Utilize Excel formulas and pivot tables for in-depth data analysis and forecasting. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation Stay updated on industry trends and product/service knowledge to effectively communicate with clients
