Marketing Automation Specialist

As a part of the goFLUENT Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in automating marketing efforts and aligning them with lead generation and database management strategies. Your focus will primarily be on email marketing, leveraging Marketo for automation to support global sales teams. Your responsibilities will include creating and managing email campaigns, working closely with content writers and developers, and collaborating with the lead generation team to execute outbound marketing campaigns. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support marketing coordinators in creating email campaigns for various markets. - Collaborate with content, design, and tech teams to manage email campaigns, including template designs, calls-to-action, and content. - Segment contact lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions. - Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database. - Minimize list decay and unsubscribes while enhancing email send productivity. - Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and recommendations for optimization. **Qualifications Required:** - High level of English proficiency (minimum B2). - HTML coding experience is appreciated. - General knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite. - Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign reporting and data analysis. - Excellent understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Technical proficiency. - Excellent writing and communication skills. **Good to have:** - Experience in creating email marketing campaigns and web landing pages through Marketo.
