Job Description

You will be a Senior Manager in the Marketing Automation B2C team at The Strategy & Consulting Global Network Song Practice. You will work closely with clients to provide transformation services focusing on marketing, sales, and services functions. Your role will involve designing, implementing, and optimizing Sprinklr Marketing solutions while driving broader MarTech and AdTech initiatives to enhance business performance. - Lead the implementation and optimization of Sprinklr Marketing, utilizing AI-driven automation for campaign execution, content planning, and omnichannel engagement. - Integrate Sprinklr Social Listening with marketing platforms to create data-enriched, sentiment-driven campaigns for personalized engagement. - Analyze consumer sentiment using Sprinklr's AI-powered Social Listening and feed actionable insights into marketing automation workflows for real-time campaign optimization. - Assess marketing performance across various channels and refine strategies using AI and predictive analytics. - Develop omnichannel campaign strategies influenced by social listening insights for content creation, audience segmentation, and media spend allocation. - Advise clients on MarTech/AdTech stack optimization for seamless integration between Sprinklr's Unified CXM platform and leading marketing automation tools. - Design AI-driven customer engagement frameworks for real-time consumer insights to trigger contextual marketing actions across digital channels. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ecosystem partners to drive scalable and insight-driven marketing solutions. - Drive business development and thought leadership by shaping client proposals and identifying new opportunities leveraging Sprinklr's capabilities. - Understanding of MarTech/AdTech Platforms and integrations - Strong understanding of customer experience management and marketing automation - Cross-functional collaboration skills - Experience in campaign automation, content planning, Sprinklr marketing & Social Listening You should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in digital marketing and delivering marketing solutions, preferably in industries like E-Commerce, CPG, Telecom, Healthcare, etc. Proficiency in MarTech platforms, AdTech platforms, data visualization platforms, and cloud platforms is required. Experience in implementing MarTech tools such as Adobe campaign, Marketo, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform, Pega decisioning, and SFMC is essential. Strong knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools, ad serving tools, and PPC campaign optimization is also necessary for this role.,
