As a Senior Manager in Marketing Automation B2C, you will be a key member of The Strategy & Consulting Global Network Song Practice team at Accenture. Your primary focus will be on providing transformation services to clients in the areas of marketing, sales, and services. By leveraging your expertise in Digital Marketing, B2C marketing, social marketing, and Sprinklr Marketing, you will help clients optimize their marketing strategies to drive cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and customer satisfaction. Your role will involve leading the implementation and optimization of Sprinklr Marketing, utilizing its AI-driven automation for campaign execution, content planning, and omnichannel engagement. You will integrate Sprinklr Social Listening with various marketing platforms to create data-enriched, sentiment-driven campaigns that enhance personalization and engagement. By analyzing consumer sentiment and brand perception through AI-powered Social Listening, you will extract actionable insights to optimize marketing automation workflows in real-time. In addition, you will assess marketing performance across multiple channels including email, social media, SEO/SEM, digital advertising, and web analytics. Your expertise in MarTech/AdTech stack optimization will ensure seamless integration between Sprinklr's Unified CXM platform and leading marketing automation tools for end-to-end campaign orchestration. Furthermore, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and ecosystem partners to drive scalable and insight-driven marketing solutions. Your professional and technical skills will be crucial in understanding MarTech/AdTech platforms and integrations, customer experience management, and campaign automation. With a strong background in digital marketing and delivering marketing solutions across various industries, you will play a vital role in shaping client proposals and identifying new opportunities to leverage Sprinklr's capabilities. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in delivering marketing solutions within industries such as E-Commerce, CPG, Telecom, and Healthcare. Your proficiency in MarTech platforms, AdTech platforms, data visualization platforms, and cloud platforms will be essential in executing technical design solutions and customizing them as needed.
