Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Business Development

  • Identify and generate new corporate leads

    from IT companies, manufacturing units, SEZs, industrial parks, and large organizations.
  • Meet HR Managers, Admin Heads, and Corporate Decision Makers for business tie-ups.
  • Present company

    health check packages, wellness programs, and corporate services

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

2. Relationship Management

  • Maintain

    strong relationships with existing corporate clients

    .
  • Ensure quick resolution of queries, requests, and escalations.
  • Conduct regular follow-up meetings and feedback sessions.

3. Health Camp Coordination

  • Plan, organize, and execute corporate health check camps.

  • Coordinate with Operations, Phlebotomy, Radiology, and Lab teams for smooth execution.
  • Ensure

    branding, camp material preparation, and report delivery commitments.

4. Marketing & Promotion

  • Promote company services through

    corporate presentations, email campaigns, and on-site branding

    .
  • Work with the marketing team for brochures, mailers, and promotional material.
  • Conduct awareness sessions such as

    BMI checks, health talks, and wellness activities.

5. Proposal & Documentation

  • Prepare customized

    proposals, quotations, and agreements

    for corporate clients.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of meetings, leads, and follow-ups in CRM.
  • Track business performance and submit weekly/monthly reports.

6. Market Research

  • Study

    competitor activities, pricing, and market opportunities

  • Gather insights on corporate client needs and industry trends.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Ability to build professional relationships

  • Basic knowledge of healthcare services (preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in

    Marketing / Business Administration / Healthcare Management

  • 3–4 years of experience in corporate marketing or business development

    (healthcare preferred)
