Marketing Assistant

The person who makes sure everything doesn’t fall apart.

What you’ll do:

• The Link: You’ll be the person who talks to everyone and makes sure no one forgets what’s happening. You’ll be the one who’s like, “Hey, remember the marketing project we talked about?” and saves us all from total chaos.

• Marketing Researcher: Get ready to dig through endless trends, data, and insights. You’ll be finding cool new ideas for branding and lead gen. If you’re good at Googling, this is your time to shine.

• Project Juggler: Oversee marketing projects like a pro. You’ll keep things moving forward, make sure deadlines are met, and remind everyone (politely, of course) that something needs to be done.

• Campaign & Event Helper: Want to be involved in the cool stuff? You’ll assist in planning and executing campaigns and events. You’ll handle the behind-the-scenes magic that makes us look like we have it all together.

• Report Wizard: Track the success of our campaigns, gather the numbers, and make sure everyone knows how great (or terrible) we’re doing. You’ll make sense of data and present it in a way that doesn’t make us all fall asleep.

What you need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or something that proves you’ve paid attention at least once in your life.

• Some experience in marketing or as an assistant. If you’ve managed projects or helped keep the wheels turning, you’re already halfway there.

• Organizational skills that are borderline obsessive. You can juggle 500 tasks and somehow still remember to breathe.

• Communication skills that make people actually understand what you’re saying, even if it’s 3 a.m. and they’re half asleep.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). If you don’t know Excel by now, you’ll learn it here.

• Bonus: If you know your way around marketing tools, analytics, or design software, we’ll call you a genius.
