About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Calling & Conversion (Primary Focus):

• Call/Message and follow up with leads generated through Meta,Google Ads, Amazon, IndiaMart and other campaigns
• Build rapport with customers, resolve their queries, encourage conversions and to get their feedback on our pages
• Keep records of calls, responses, and feedback

2. Social Media & Marketing Coordination (Secondary):

• Support content planning, Instagram updates, and coordination with marketing agencies
• Assist in idea generation for campaigns and promotions
• Help track performance and customer responses

3. Strategic Exposure & Learning:

• Work directly with the Marketing Manager and gain first-hand exposure to strategic decisions
• Learn the full scope of brand marketing—from customer targeting to creative development

Who We’re Looking For:

• Someone who is extroverted, conversational, and enjoys talking to people
• Open to taking up new tasks, even outside the job description
• Has a zeal to learn, a proactive attitude, and thinks outside the box

• Comfortable in Hindi and English (spoken), with basic writing ability

• Interested in marketing, sales, communications, or brand management
• Basic skills in Canva, Excel, or Instagram are a plus (or willing to learn)
