Job Description

Role Overview: As the Head of Marketing at the company, your main responsibility will be to develop and implement marketing strategies for various teams including digital, advertising, communications, and creative. You will manage budgets monthly, quarterly, and annually while setting, monitoring, and reporting on team goals. It will be essential to analyze consumer behavior through market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify target audiences, market trends, and opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate sales and marketing efforts with the sales department to plan product pricing strategies for profit maximization. - Lead marketing campaigns across multiple channels like digital, social media, email, events, and traditional media. - Oversee promotional events and trade fairs at various locations and measure and analyze marketing performance metrics such as leads, conversions, ROI, and customer acquisition costs. Qualifications Required: - Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus. - Proven experience in marketing management, focusing on strategy development, campaign execution, and team leadership. - Strong understanding of marketing principles, practices, and techniques across digital and traditional channels. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with an analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
