Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Head to lead the sales strategies and marketing efforts across our group of companies—Squadrans Security Services (security & housekeeping solutions), Luxescape Realty (luxury real estate), and our Airbnb vacation rental division. The ideal candidate will drive client acquisition, boost revenue, and strengthen brand presence through innovative sales approaches and targeted marketing campaigns. This role offers a competitive salary package along with performance-based incentives . Additional incentives will be provided for achieving or surpassing monthly and quarterly sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement cohesive sales and marketing strategies across all verticals—security services, real estate sales, and vacation rentals. Client Acquisition & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and convert leads into long-term clients for security, housekeeping, and property management services. Real Estate Sales & Rentals: Lead the marketing and sales of luxury real estate under Luxescape Realty, including direct client engagement, broker partnerships, and digital promotion. Manage and optimize Airbnb rental bookings and visibility. Marketing Campaigns & Branding: Oversee all brand communication—online and offline—ensuring a consistent voice and impactful reach. This includes social media, digital ads, email campaigns, brochures, and PR initiatives. Team Management: Supervise the marketing and sales teams across the different business units. Guide performance, set targets, and ensure coordination between departments. Revenue & Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance, ROI on campaigns, and prepare reports for senior leadership. Constantly optimize strategies based on results and market feedback. Client Retention & Relationship Management: Ensure high client satisfaction levels by maintaining regular communication, resolving issues, and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities. Experience working with service-based industries and/or high-end property sales will be a significant advantage.
