About the Role

JSW Sports is seeking a diligent and highly motivated intern to join the Media, Data, and Intelligence function. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to digital marketing, data analytics, and research within the sports industry. The role is ideal for someone passionate about sport, data-driven decision-making, and content innovation in a fast paced, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing marketing plans, content calendars, and brand presentations
• Support with the planning, execution, and reporting of digital media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and Google
• Maintain campaign trackers, performance dashboards, and reporting tools in Excel and Google Sheets
• Conduct research and analysis on trends in sports marketing, fan engagement, and digital content strategy
• Support the preparation of internal reports, campaign trackers, and performance reviews
• Brainstorm ideas for sponsorship strategies, athlete content, and new sports initiatives
• Explore opportunities to integrate AI-driven tools into business processes and workflows

Who We’re Looking For

• Recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Media, Sports Management, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and online research methodologies
• Strong analytical mindset with a keen interest in working with data and insights
• Passionate about sports and familiar with Indian or global sporting ecosystem
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to meet tight deadlines with consistency
• Prior internships or relevant projects in marketing, sports, or data analytics is a plus
