Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Marketing and Communication Manager to join our team at Novotel Ahmedabad, with 6-10 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the hotel's brand and services.
Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across various platforms.
Create engaging content for marketing campaigns, including brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives and targets.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and partners.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in marketing and communication management within the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience with marketing automation tools and software is an added advantage.
