You will be joining IKIO LED Lighting, a U.S.-based manufacturer known for its sustainable and technologically advanced lighting solutions. As the Marketing & Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in enhancing brand visibility, implementing marketing strategies, and overseeing digital presence. Your responsibilities will include creating brand awareness strategies, managing digital marketing activities, conducting personalized outreach through emails and calls, coordinating client meetings, collaborating on brand strategy, and tracking campaign performance. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement brand awareness strategies. - Manage digital marketing activities such as social media posting and content creation. - Execute personalized outreach emails to prospective clients. - Conduct cold calling and follow-ups to arrange meetings. - Coordinate client meetings with leadership. - Collaborate on brand strategy, creatives, and campaign development. - Create marketing collaterals like brochures, presentations, and videos. - Track and report campaign performance, lead progress, and client interactions. - Research new business opportunities and maintain client databases. Qualifications: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions. - Proficiency in handling calls, personalized emails, and client interactions confidently. - Knowledge in digital marketing and social media management. - Familiarity with CRM systems and prospecting tools is beneficial. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or client engagement. - Prior experience in design, architecture, or interiors industry preferred. - Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields. - Proven track record in brand-building, outreach campaigns, and meeting setups.
