Position Overview The Marketing & Business Development Executive will be responsible for building brand awareness, executing marketing strategies, and managing DHOA’s digital presence, while also driving direct outreach through personalized emails, cold calls, and client meeting setups. This position requires a dynamic professional with strong communication skills, client-facing experience, and a background in marketing and business development. Working directly with leadership, this role will help grow the brand’s presence, acquire new clients, and strengthen customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute brand awareness strategies to position DHOA in niche design markets. Manage digital marketing activities, including social media posting, content creation, and campaign planning. Create and send personalized outreach emails (beyond bulk campaigns) to prospective clients. Conduct cold calling and follow-ups to set up meetings and presentations. Schedule, coordinate, and confirm client meetings with leadership. Collaborate with leadership on brand strategy, creatives, and campaign development. Develop marketing collaterals (brochures, presentations, digital creatives, and videos). Track and report campaign performance, lead progress, and client interactions. Research new business opportunities and maintain updated client databases. Core Competencies and Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills (must be client-facing). Strong ability to handle calls, personalized emails, and client interactions confidently. Proficiency in digital marketing and social media management. Familiarity with CRM systems and prospecting tools is an advantage. Strong organizational and multitasking ability. Creative mindset with business acumen to balance marketing and client acquisition. Experience and Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or client engagement. Prior experience in design, architecture, or interiors industry is strongly preferred. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields. Proven track record in brand-building, outreach campaigns, and meeting setups.
