Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation

  : Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading B2B marketing content, including blog posts, solution briefs, case studies, and social media updates that align with our brand voice.

• Social Media Management:

  Help manage the B2B social media calendar (primarily LinkedIn), schedule posts, monitor engagement, and identify opportunities to join relevant industry conversations.

• Email Marketing:

  Support the assembly and distribution of email newsletters, lead nurturing campaigns, and partner communications using our marketing automation platform.

• Performance Tracking:

  Help compile and analyze data from our digital channels (website, social, email) to create basic monthly performance reports.

• KPI Monitoring:

  Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) like engagement rates, click-through rates, and marketing qualified leads (MQLs) from campaigns.

• Industry Research:

  Conduct targeted research on FinTech/RegTech industry trends, competitor marketing strategies, and potential topics for thought leadership.

• Campaign Logistics:

  Provide administrative and logistical support for webinars, virtual events, and other marketing campaigns as needed.

• Team Collaboration:

  Participate in marketing team brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for campaigns and content.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrable experience with major social media platforms (either personally or professionally).
• A high level of comfort with technology and the ability to learn new software quickly (e.g., email marketing tools, analytics dashboards).
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• A proactive, "can-do" attitude and a genuine eagerness to learn.
• Prior experience with any of the following is a plus (but not required):
• Email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
• Google Analytics.
• Basic SEO/SEM principles.
• Sales to Marketing Funnel Understanding.
