Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our pricing team with data transformation, analysis, and automation. The ideal candidate will possess strong Excel expertise including macro development and will play a critical role in ensuring data consistency, building smart data models, and supporting cross-functional collaboration with sales and regional stakeholders.

Deal Analyst - Global Pricing Center of Excellence Key business partner in terms of providing pricing recommendations and consultative support to Sales. The person should be comfortable in a truly multinational environment, working with different cultures and all the levels in organization. Good people skills uld have good exposure to commercial aspects of business, RFP & contract management, process management/ transformation, developing analytical solutions to business problems, reporting, MIS, creating business case/ presentations for executive management.

What your main responsibilities are:

Analyze and interpret large datasets to derive actionable insights for pricing and business decisions.
Transform and manage data efficiently using advanced Excel functionalities (including Power Query, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas). Design and develop in-house Excel-based tools and macros to automate recurring tasks and improve data accuracy. Collaborate with sales and regional teams to understand pricing requirements and deliver timely, data-driven support. Identify, audit, and resolve inconsistencies in datasets by building smart, scalable models and validation checks. Develop process improvements that enhance data quality and reduce manual efforts. Document data workflows, macro functions, and audit trails for transparency and knowledge sharing.
