About Role

We’re seeking a Marketer – CRM & Loyalty Programs to craft personalized journeys and campaigns that drive retention, loyalty, and brand love. You’ll design programs that make customers fall in love with Secret Alchemist’s clean fragrances and aromatherapy products, again and again.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute CRM campaigns across email, WhatsApp, SMS, and app channels.
• Develop customer segmentation and lifecycle journeys to improve engagement and LTV.
• Conceptualize and manage loyalty and rewards programs.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams for personalized offers and content.
• Monitor campaign metrics — engagement, churn, ROI and optimize performance.
• Use automation and data-driven storytelling to deliver impactful experiences.
  

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing (D2C/e-commerce preferred).

• WebEngage experience is mandatory.

• Strong grasp of customer data, behavioral analytics, and segmentation.
• Creative strategist who blends insight, design, and performance.
