Job Summary:

The Market Research Associate plays a key role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting market intelligence to support strategic decision-making. This position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to uncover trends, assess competition, and identify opportunities that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct primary and secondary research to gather insights on market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
• Design and execute surveys, interviews, and focus groups to collect qualitative and quantitative data.
• Analyze data to identify actionable insights and support strategic recommendations.
• Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Monitor industry developments, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align research with business objectives.
• Maintain and update market intelligence databases and dashboards.
• Assist in proposal development and client presentations with relevant market data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in market research, analytics, or consulting.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with survey platforms and data visualization.
• Experience working in a consulting or B2B environment.
• Understanding of industry-specific databases and research methodologies.
