Job Description

We’re Hiring | Senior Manager – Market Operations (Index)

Location: Mumbai – Andheri

CTC: Up to 20 LPA

Experience: 8+ years (Financial / Capital / Commodity Markets)

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities

Oversee
smooth live trading and market operations
Coordinate and support
launch of new contracts and products
Test, validate, and implement
trading system enhancements
Ensure compliance with
regulatory and exchange guidelines
Liaise with
regulators, auditors, and external agencies
Handle
audits, inspections, and committee-related activities
Manage
commodity index administration
Ensure timely
price polling and spot price dissemination
Maintain
service level standards (SLAs)
across operations
Represent the team in
internal and external meetings

Ideal Candidate Profile

8+ years of experience in
financial / commodity market operations
Strong understanding of
trading operations and regulatory frameworks
Experience with
exchange operations
preferred
Exposure to
analytics & reporting tools
like Python, Tableau, Power BI, Cognos is an added advantage
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
