Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, research, and approach potential clients for CRM, ERP, website, and IT automation projects.
• Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, and networking.
• Schedule and conduct discovery calls, understand client pain points, and pitch relevant digital solutions.
• Collaborate with the technical team to prepare customized proposals and presentations.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and manage the sales pipeline via CRM tools.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated with IT/Software tools, market trends, and competitors’ offerings.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in selling IT services/products is a plus.
• Self-driven, persuasive, and proactive personality.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous.
• Ability to understand tech solutions and simplify them for non-technical clients.
