Main Responsibilities: Drive business growth through Commercial General (CG) contractors by increasing market share with existing contractors and acquiring new ones. Lead capability development of Contractor Relationship Officers (CROs) for managing CG contractors, generating demand, and supporting sell-out activities. Key / Principal Objectives (Business Development): Support demand generation and sell-out efforts for depot teams through CG contractors. Develop and enhance CROs skills for effective contractor management and sales activities. Maintain regular engagement with CG contractors, enroll new contractors, and revive inactive ones—targeting 50% of registered contractors to purchase monthly from ANI. Achieve value-per-contractor sales targets as defined. Ensure timely communication of new product offerings and support interventions to CG contractors. Identify and notify Professional Sales Officers of site leads qualifying as Professional sites when applicable. Key Accountabilities: Capability Development: Build and enhance CROs’ abilities in contractor management, demand generation, and sell-out activities. Implement and manage a fixed training calendar for all CROs. Monitor and ensure contractor training delivery through CROs. Administrative / Processes: Plan personal journeys using the online PJP tool in line with company norms. Ensure CROs comply with PJP guidelines. Manage gift redemption processes for CG contractors. Provide timely and accurate information to the ASM as required.
