Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Market Activation Officer (MAO)

Location - Chh.Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) , Satara , Goa

Execute shop-level promotions, live demos, group activities, branding, and events to increase visibility and sales of CUMI products.
Build strong relationships with retailers and work closely with the sales team to improve secondary and tertiary sales.
Collect end-user details (painters, carpenters, fabricators) and conduct painter/carpenter meets, NAKA meets, and contractor meetings.
Support roadshows, exhibitions, and marketing events.

Preferred Candidate

Minimum experience in
sales
, preferably from
paints or building materials companies
such as
Asian Paints, Berger, UltraTech, Pidilite (Fevicol)
or similar.
Experience in field sales, dealer handling, and promotions with good communication skills.
