Marine Surveyor/InspectorOffice Location: Pune, India (Hybrid) | Headquarters: SingaporeAbout the CompanyA reputed Maritime Technical Consultancy Company headquartered in Singapore with operations in India, offering Vessel Inspections, Project Management, Technical Consultancy & Condition Monitoring Services.With operations across 100+ Ports across 40+ Countries, the Company has supported 100+ Clients and handled 600+ Vessels globally.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Marine Surveyor/Inspector to join our expanding team.This role is based in Pune, India (hybrid work model) and requires occasional travel for Vessel Inspections both Locally & Internationally.Key Responsibilities• Manage remote Vessel Inspections and prepare Technical Reports.• Supervise Surveyors and coordinate Global Inspections.• Communicate with Clients, Surveyors & Vessels.• Attend Vessels worldwide for Inspections, Surveys & Dry-Docking Projects.• Assist/manage remote Dry-Docking Teams & support Timely Reporting.• Maintain Operational Efficiency & Profitability.Scope of Work• Handle Client Queries & coordinate Surveyor Deployment.• Secure Purchase Orders & finalize Inspection Costs.• Guide Surveyors on Templates & Client Expectations.• Collect Survey Documentation & assist in Report Preparation.• Submit Final Reports after Internal Review & respond to Client Feedback.• Continuously enhance Technical Skills through Training.Requirements of the position• Minimum Class 4 Certificate of Competency (Marine Engineer).• Minimum 24 months of Sailing Experience.• Strong Project Coordination, Communication & Problem-Solving Skills.• Sailing experience on Container Vessel with Multinational Crew preferred.Why Join?• Collaborate with a Global Team operating across 100+ Ports in over 40 Countries.• Gain practical experience in Vessel Inspections, Dry-Docking Projects & Condition MonitoringTechnologies.• Advance your Career within a Quality-Focused, Professional Environment committed to ContinuousImprovement.• Benefit from Competitive Remuneration and Flexible Hybrid Work Arrangements.• Enjoy Comprehensive Support, including Reimbursement for Wi-Fi expenses, coverage Of Travel Costs to and from Vessels & Daily Allowance for Survey-related assignments.
