Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marine Superintendent located in Chennai. The Marine Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing marine operations, ensuring the effective management of ships, supervising crew performance, coordinating vessel operations, and managing the vetting process. The role involves regular interactions with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Qualifications

Master mariner, should have sailed onboard a bulk carrier as a Master.

• Marine Operations and Vessel Operations skills
• Experience in Ship Management and Supervisory Skills
• Vetting skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Experience in the maritime industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Nautical Science, or related field
