You will be joining ISHIMA, a ship management company in Singapore managing over 35 vessels endorsed by Italian Ship owning group D'Amico. The company prioritizes safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. As a Marine Superintendent, your role will be based in Mumbai and involve managing marine operations, ship management, supervisory tasks, vetting, and HSQE responsibilities on a daily basis. - Manage marine operations and ship management efficiently - Utilize supervisory skills to oversee tasks effectively - Handle vetting processes and HSQE related tasks - Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards - Prioritize customer satisfaction through dedicated professionalism Qualifications: - Proficiency in Marine Operations and Vessel Operations - Minimum 1 year experience as a Marine Superintendent and sailing experience as Master on Oil / Chem tankers - Strong background in Ship Management and Supervisory Skills - Knowledge of vetting processes in the maritime industry - Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities - Effective communication and leadership skills - Freshers will be considered based on interview performance - Must be based in Mumbai or open to relocation,
