Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Technical Superintendent located in Mumbai at Executive Ship Management. The Technical Superintendent will be responsible for ship management, maritime inspections, marine engineering, and sailing-related tasks on a day-to-day basis. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Technical Superintendent. The Technical Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the technical management of vessels, conducting inspections, ensuring compliance with maritime regulations, and supporting the marine engineering team. Daily tasks include managing maintenance schedules, coordinating repairs and refits, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the vessels meet safety and performance standards. Qualifications Skills in Ship Management and Maritime Experience in conducting Inspections and Marine Engineering Background in Sailing and operational aspects of vessels Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks Strong communication and leadership abilities Relevant maritime certification and qualifications are preferred Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or related field
