Marine PMS Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

o Supervising of scheduled export/import of the database between office/vessel and implementation of software upgrades as released by developer after due testing.

o Communicating with the PMS developer on system related issues and enhancement to improve productivity.

o Liaising with contractors as required for development of new vessel database as per company specific requirements.

o Monthly monitoring and tracking of vessels Overdue PMS Jobs/Critical Spares status and Shutdown requests and providing reports to management.

o Training of Office and Ship staff on PMS functionality.

o Visiting vessels for Database installation and upgrades and on-board training.

o Creating and updating Spares Parts inventory in vessel database as required based on vessel feedback.

o Continuous audit/review of individual database detecting anomalies and making corrections as required.

o Familiar with back end management of PMS database software and able to generate specific reports as required by the management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
