Objective:

Recruit qualified and experienced seafarers for cruise vessels in accordance with company standards and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, source, and screen candidates based on maritime experience, rank-specific skills, and valid certifications
• Administer technical assessments and coordinate interviews to evaluate competency and readiness
• Manage end-to-end onboarding logistics including documentation and regulatory compliance
• Maintain proactive communication with selected crew to ensure timely and seamless vessel joining
• Collaborate with fleet operations and HR teams to forecast crew requirements and align recruitment timelines
• Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring compliance with data protection and audit standards.
