Role Overview

Marcom Manager

Key Responsibilities

Build and execute
360° communication strategy
(digital, PR, offline).
Manage
social media, influencers, website, blogs & PR campaigns.
Drive
offline activations
– corporate wellness tie-ups, employee engagement sessions, and pop-up experiences to boost visibility.
Create and optimize
WhatsApp + CRM flows
(welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, quiz, winback).
Ensure
brand consistency
across ads, packaging, activations & events.
Collaborate with agencies, designers, and internal teams for impactful execution.
Track communication KPIs – awareness, engagement, conversions.

Requirements

5yrs in
Marketing/Marcom (FMCG, D2C, Beauty/Wellness preferred).
Experience in
corporate tie-ups / brand activations
is a must.
Strong background in
storytelling & consumer engagement.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Balance of
strategy + on-ground execution.
