Experience in Manufacturing support activities like Reverse engineering, tool design, including Press tools, Mold Tools, jigs & fixtures design.Knowledge about latest manufacturing methodsGood understanding of latest CAM/DM tools like CATIA/UG/DELMIA/MASTERCAM/VERICUT etcHands-on experience in designing tools for components/sub-systems and systemsProven manufacturing support capabilities in the field of Aerospace,Defense, Automotive,Transportation, Energy and Industrial system domainGood Industry experience in tool design/methods development/tooling standards/manufacturing standards/latest manufacturing technologies, try-outs, lean manufacturing methods etcExposure to industry standard verification & validation methodsThe Ideal Candidate Excellent communication skills is necessary interpersonal & customer relatedGood skills as a Team Player and ability to work in large teamsAbility to learn, improve and develop others in the Team2-10 years of industry experienceBachelors or Masters degree in Aerospace/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics & Instrumentation/Civil/Structural Engineering is essential & MBA will be an added advantage (for sales/marketing/management positions)Experience working with Global clients and Overseas projects would be an added advantage.Positions are available at all levels i,e engineers/leads/experts/developers etcWillingness to work anywhere in India and overseasProven experience in ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the engagement is an added advantageProfessionals with higher experience can apply for the specific positions for the technical and managerial positions
