Good understanding of structures & systemsGood understanding of FEM/FEA/Hand calculations/CAE tools etcGood understanding of Crash/ MBD/CFD analysis.Hands-on experience in stressing of components/sub-systems and systemsProven Analysis capabilities in the field of Aerospace,Defense, Automotive,Transportation, Energy and Industrial system domainExposure to industry standard verification & validation methodsKnowledge of industry Best Practices & StandardsHands on experience of latest CAE tools like Abaqus/LS Dyna/Hypermesh , ADAMS, Fluent/CFX/Star-CD etcExperience in using OEM specific tools and methods will be added advantageThe Ideal Candidate Excellent communication skills is necessary interpersonal & customer relatedGood skills as a Team Player and ability to work in large teamsAbility to learn, improve and develop others in the Team2-10 years of industry experienceBachelors or Masters degree in Aerospace/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics & Instrumentation/Civil/Structural Engineering is essential & MBA will be an added advantage (for sales/marketing/management positions)Experience working with Global clients and Overseas projects would be an added advantage.Positions are available at all levels i,e engineers/leads/experts/developers etcWillingness to work anywhere in India and overseasProven experience in ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the engagement is an added advantageProfessionals with higher experience can apply for the specific positions for the technical and managerial positions
