Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Manufacturing Head in Agrochemicals Formulations at Scimplify. The Manufacturing Head will be responsible for production planning, operational excellence, operations management, and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. Qualifications Production Planning and Operations Management skills Operational Excellence and Manufacturing experience Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Excellent communication and leadership abilities Experience in the specialty chemicals industry is a plus Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field Show more Show less
