Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality by executing test cases, identifying bugs, and collaborating with developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to prepare test plans and test cases.
• Execute manual test cases for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
• Identify, document, and track bugs through defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, Trello).
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Work closely with developers and product teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Validate fixes and perform re-testing of reported defects.
• Ensure software meets business and quality requirements before release.
• Provide detailed and clear test reports.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Manual Tester / QA Tester.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases.
• Familiarity with different testing types (functional, regression, smoke, sanity, usability, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, Mantis).
• Good understanding of databases and ability to write simple SQL queries (preferred).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have (Optional):

• Basic knowledge of automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium).
• Understanding of API testing (Postman/Swagger).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
