Job Description

Responsibilities

2+ years QA experience (skin in the game, done stuff ground up, rock star engineer).
Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Strong knowledge of software QA tools and processes.
Experience in determining clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
Experience with one or more Databases like PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Cosmos, etc.
Excellent DB Design and Query writing.
Solid knowledge of API Testing.
Can act as the domain expert.
Not just find & report bugs, understand in and out of it.
Experience with App (Android & iOS), mobile Web and Web testing.
Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Experience with one or more Cloud Platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.
Experience with CI/CD using tools and scripts.
Experience with Infra, Networking, Logging, Monitoring, and Webservers.
Translate requirements into technical solutions.
Follow quality standards, principles and best practices.
High degree of ownership.
Exceptional work attitude.
Work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Curious, speaks up the mind.
Startup and/or product experience.
Work both independently and within a team.
Excellent communication skills (working with other people).
Great organizational and time management skills.
Available for urgent issues/tasks outside of business hours.
