Manual Test Lead

You have over 7 years of industry experience, particularly in Functional/Manual Testing, with experience as a Test lead. You have led teams of 5-10 people, resolving technical queries and estimating testing work based on story/feature documents. Your responsibilities include leading the analysis, design, implementation, and execution of test cases, as well as writing summary reports on test status. You have experience running test suites across web, various browsers, and backend environments, reporting defects clearly, and developing high-quality test suites in collaboration with product and development teams. You use JIRA/Devops for tracking test execution, results, and defects. Your role involves working with functional and development teams to ensure clear requirements and acceptance criteria, identifying bespoke test capabilities needed in projects, and developing bug-preventive strategies using test-driven development and continuous integration.
