Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Manager located in Rajnandgaon. The Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance of machinery and equipment, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and manage a team of maintenance staff. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling and executing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and coordinating with other departments for seamless operations. The Manager will also be responsible for maintaining maintenance records and optimizing maintenance processes to improve efficiency. Qualifications Experience in Maintenance Management, Mechanical Maintenance, and Electrical Maintenance Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards Leadership and team management skills Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred Experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in Maize Starch and its derivatives, is a plus Show more Show less
