Key Responsibilities:

Production

• Supervise daily manufacturing operations with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Implement process improvements and ensure safety compliance

Sales & Business Development

• Drive revenue growth and market expansion strategies
• Build and maintain client relationships

Finance

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, cost control, and compliance
• Monitor cash flow and financial reporting

Human Resources

• Lead recruitment, training, and team development
• Ensure compliance with HR laws and internal policies

Administration

• Manage administrative functions and ensure smooth inter-departmental coordination
• Ensure adherence to all statutory and operational guidelines

Candidate Requirements:

✅ 15–20 years of experience in manufacturing/steel foundry

✅ At least 5 years in a senior management or director-level role

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business (MBA preferred)

✅ Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
