About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager/Senior Manager to lead our Practice Excellence department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management:

  Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, collaborating to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure high levels of satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.

• Strategic Onboarding & Transitions:

  Lead the seamless transition and onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth handover of processes and building strong, lasting relationships from day one.

• Operational Excellence & Process Improvement:

  Monitor and analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends and drive actionable improvements. Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to enhance processes and resolve challenges.

• Revenue Cycle Management Expertise:

  Apply comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end RCM, including Patient Intake, Charge Entry, Payment Posting, A/R Management, Credentialing, and Patient Collections to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

• Leadership & Team Development:

  Lead by example, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Effectively manage and utilize team members to meet process requirements and strategic goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A minimum of

  10 years of relevant experience in US Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

• At least

  3-4 years in a leadership role

  , managing teams and driving operational results.
• Minimum of

  2 years of direct client communication experience

  with US Physicians and/or their front office staff.
• Must be a graduate in any stream.

We are looking for candidates from the #RCM industry. US Medical billing industry. People having technical hardcore IT experience need not apply.
