Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Prior Authorization, Eligibility & Benefit Verification Specialist located in Mohali district. The Specialist will be responsible for handling prior authorization processes, verifying patient eligibility and benefits, and navigating insurance portals. Daily tasks include communicating with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and customers to ensure accurate and timely processing of authorizations and verifications.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication skills.
• Experience of obtaining prior authorization, Eligibility & Benefits
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Previous experience in a healthcare-related field is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Healthcare Administration is preferred
