Job Summary:

• To oversee the end-to-end operations of our warehouse including efficient handling of Raw Material, Storage, and dispatch of materials, ensures regulatory compliance, coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and compliant material handling across R&D and other inventory while maintaining strict adherence to standards and internal SOPs. The role ensures strict compliance with GMP, safety, and regulatory standards required for a Chemistry CRO environment.

Job Profile:

• Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, issuing, and dispatch of raw materials, intermediates, packing materials, & finished goods.
• Ensure all warehouse operations comply with standards, company SOPs & regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using Tally software & ensure real-time stock updates.
• Maintain warehouse hygiene, safety protocols, & equipment upkeep as per company standards.
• Supervise warehouse team members, provide training on safety, SOP compliance, & continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor team performance & provide training where required.
• Monitor the handling of temperature-sensitive, hazardous, & restricted materials in line with SOPs & regulatory guidelines.
• Handle warehouse documentation such as delivery notes, invoices, GRNs, Issue notes and need to enter them in tally etc.
• Maintain job work registers to track material sent, pending, and received from job workers and Coordinate with vendors for timely return of processed goods.
• Conduct routine cycle counts, stock audits, & reconciliation activities; investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Environmental monitoring of the area as per predefined procedures.
• Coordinate with Quality Control, QA, R&D, Procurement, & other departments for smooth material flow & timely support to projects.
• Verify and document material received from job workers, including quality and quantity checks.
• Ensure proper accounting of scrap, wastage, or rejections, if any.
• Generate and maintain documents such as: E-way bills (if applicable), Gate passes, Job work return challans, Delivery challans.
• Ensure compliance with GST/job work regulations.

Desired Profile:

• Any Graduate + Diploma or Certificate in SCM / Logistic / Material Management with 6 to 10 years of experience in warehouse operations,

  preferably in a CRO / CDMO / Chemical industry / API.

• B.Sc / M.Sc / BE / B.Tech (Chemical) would be preferred first.
• Experience in managing hazardous chemicals, solvents, & regulated materials preferred.
• Strong knowledge of chemical storage and regulatory compliance.
• Good understanding of regulatory compliance in warehousing.
• Knowledge of GMP, GDP, ISO and EHS regulations mandatory.
• Ability to handle fast-paced CRO/R&D operations with attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and inventory management skills.
• Familiarity with Tally & Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle temperature-sensitive and hazardous materials safely.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
