Job Opening For Manager - E Governance Qualification Project Manager with a strong background in Project Management Operations to lead and execute eGovernance and Aadhaar-related projects across India. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in project execution, team handling, and stakeholder management. Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory, along with the willingness to travel extensively across the country. Role Location : Salem. Experience : 8+ Years. Education Qualification : Any Degree (Diploma candidates not eligible). Oversee the end-to-end execution of eGovernance and Aadhaar-related projects ensuring timely delivery and compliance with government guidelines. Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure smooth operations. Manage cross-functional teams, providing guidance and ensuring project goals are met efficiently. Liaise with government authorities, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation. Monitor project performance, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and maintain quality control across all project deliverables. Conduct regular site visits and audits to oversee project execution at various locations. Prepare reports and documentation for project progress, status updates, and compliance requirements. Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and optimize project workflows. Strong expertise in project execution, budgeting, and team leadership. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Hindi (mandatory) and English; knowledge of other regional languages is a plus. Ability to travel extensively across India based on project requirements. Hands-on experience in handling government projects, regulatory compliance, and vendor management. Apply
